Description of specimen

It tall, looming over me and my neighbor's yard, the leaves are long and oval like, having a somewhat jagged pattern. Me and my father had warned the guy whose field has the tree of how dangerous it is, but I believe that he has no intention of getting rid of it.

Location

It is a large open area, behind the fence of my yard, surrounded by a lot of raspberry bushes.
