Description of specimen

I noticed this plant a few months ago on our family walk around the block. It's noticeable tight clustered red berry is visible and easy to identify. Now it looks as though the homeowner that tends to the rose bushes and other plants in the front yard on a regular basis has let the Italian arum go to seed.
