Submitter does not have a specimen
A large Oregon white oak appears to have two major limbs, about 40% of the canopy, that died abruptly over the summer (brown leaves where the rest of the canopy is still green). I was not able to see any exit holes or frass but the dieback phenology makes me suspect MOB. iNaturalist observation: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/237166015
