Description of specimen

Originally found by The Nature Conservancy early 2010 and monitored by BLM Restoration Contractor on 6-16-10, patch is 10x10m large and densely packed with individual leaves 2-3' wide and 2-4' tall. Checked on the patch 8-31-10 and it is starting to senesce and fall over showing that there is no other plants growing underneath. Working with TNC to treat the patch.
