Vines, Some English Ivy and another that resembles Kudzu. Several old Filbert trees have been smothered,killed with limbs breaking off. Also lots of Black berry vines that are covering some plum trees.
I dont have a specimen in hand but all it takes is a walk to the property line.

I wanted to thank you for reporting the invasive vine to the Oregon Invasive Hotline. I went out to assess the infestation and recongnized the ivy infestation. The Kudzu report you submitted actually appears to be another invasive vine known as Old Man's Beard (Clematis vitalba). For information please see the links below

This species is fairly widespread through your area. It is a species that we encourage landowner to control whenever possible. I recommend that you talk to your neighbor and have them contact the conservation district for free techncial assitance to control this species.
If the invasives are spilling over into your property, and your neighbor is unwilling to control this species I recommend that you contact code enforcement for you area.
