Description of specimen

Clematis vitalba, in what appears to be a cultivated (or maybe not) situation. Plant is overgrowing existing English ivy on front edge of property, facing Netarts Bay. Small infestation (less than 20 linear feet). But worrisome!

Commentary

Tania, I'm submitting so no need to send it to me for review. I just want this in the records for Tillamook. I'll try to talk to the property owner (one of my new neighbors who is only a weekend visitor) about dealing with the plants before they spread. Interesting though--I keep finding invasives in Netarts!

Thanks, Rob! It is good to have this report! Thanks for talking to the landowner, hopefully they will find a nice alternative.
