Description of specimen

These plant look like Policeman's helmet (Impatiens glandulifera). There were several plants (3-4) grown in front yard. I could also see a plant growing taller than and peeking over the fence of the back yard. the tall plant looked to be about 7ft tall.

Commentary

Once I confirm the identification,I will stop by and talk to the residents.
