Description of specimen

For the past few years, this large climbing plant has appeared in several spots in my yard.

The plant has broad leaves and small white flowers and grows very fast.

The enclosed photos were taken last year, but the plant has returned again this year to the same spot.

What is this plant? Is it harmful?

The plant in the images that you provided is Western Wildcucumber, Marah oreganus. This is a deep rooted perennial plant that is native to the western U.S. and Canada. This plant is very common throughout western Oregon and is not considered a noxious weed.
