Looked like a muskrat with round tail. I have a video but can’t upload it on the form

Location

I believe I saw a nutria and nutria pup in the Oaks Bottom lake. I sent the video to my little brother who’s a BLM ranger who did the ID. I was on the bluff trail north of the big birding platform.
