Description of specimen

The oak appears to have been in decline for some time and looks very similar to oaks that declined, and were eventually removed, that I have observed in Wilsonville. The symptoms appear to match symptoms associated with MOB.

Commentary

Thank you for your report, I will add this to the list of sites to check this summer, once signs and symptoms are more visible.
