Plants typical with bright green alternate leaves. In bloom.

Thanks again for this report, Bruce. It looks like the infestation (well, one bush) you reported in 2009 is spreading. I'll share this again with ODOT and the City of Eugene and see whether they can suggest some options.

This is a tricky weed to manage. Consider reaching out to your local Soil & Water Conservation District for technical advice.
Location
North side of Beltline on old right-of-way approximately 30-40 feet north of infestation in fence and shoulder of Beltline that was reported in 2009. This stand also includes part of a yard backing up to old right-of-way and is likely the original infestation. Obvious from west-bound lanes of Beltline.
