Description of specimen

Stand of very tall plants, probably considerably taller than a human, with large bright green, alternating leaves.

It is great to get a report from you! Thanks so much! I will forward this to Rob Emanuel, Oregon Sea Grant, who is the main contact for invasive plants in Tillamook. I'll let you know the outcome, however I believe knotweed is even more abundant in Tillamook than in Lane Co. and there is little capacity to respond. :-( It's a big concern.
