Description of specimen

All four trees had frass on them at the base. I found beetles on 8779, 8780, and 8781.

Canyon Creek Apartment complex: 4 additional trees found after Christine left.

1) Behind building 26080. Tag on tree (at base, N side): 8777. GPS: 45.331633 N, 122.756139 W.
2) Behind building 26100. Tag on tree: 8779. GPS: 45.331249 N, 122.756318 W (this one is the dead tree next to the one Christine put on field maps).
3) Near pool & playrground. Tag on tree: 8780. GPS: 45.329720 N, 122.755556 W.
4) In front of building 26320. Tag on tree: 8781. GPS: 45.329431 N, 122.755244 W.
