Description of specimen

There is a photo attached. This was reported to me by a former forest service person who also sent the photo. I verified the leaf and flower in PlantNet app. The leaf, stem/stalk and flower have been confirmed.

This is a tricky weed to manage. Consider reaching out to your local Soil & Water Conservation District for technical advice.

Location

This plant was identified by a former Forest Service worker. It is street side between 21600 E. Lodge Lane and 21676 E. Lodge Lane. These addresses are in Timberline Rim HOA.
