Shiny green beetle was found on my car when I went outside to wash it

Commentary

There are a number of iridescent green look-alike beetles in Oregon that are not pests. I am attaching a link to the ODF EAB webpage with some photos of other Oregon insects that could be mistaken for EAB

Location

Found a Emerald Ash Borer on my car when going outside to wash it . In a typical parking lot. Caught my eye cause it was very shiny, basically reflecting light off of its body.
