Thank you for your report! Yes, that looks like EAB. You are within the known infested area in Washington County. If you have an ash tree, you will want to make a plan to either protect it or have it removed before it becomes a hazard. Look for the D-shaped exit holes, bark splits and S-shaped galleries under the bark to gauge the extent of damage to your tree. Emerald Ash Boring beetle in our back yard. We do have an ash tree back there.
