Description of specimen

I don't have any pictures of the goat heads, but was definitely puncturevine seeds in our shoes & car after we got home, they were vacuumed up or picked out and thrown in trash.

Commentary

Thank you for your acute attention towards noxious weeds. Puncturevine (Tribulus Terrestris) is indeed a "B" state listed weed. It's not typical to find the plant on the Oregon Coast. Commonly found is Sandmat (Cardionema Ramosissimum), and when it dries it will leave you with a foot full of spines that look like miniature puncturevine.
