Description of specimen

Several small (1-2') plants were observed, but an extensive survey was not conducted. I was not able to take a picture, but I am confident that these were spurge laurel plants

Thanks for submitting this report. I'll contact the City of Lake Oswego and see about getting this population taken controlled before it spreads further. All the best.
