Description of specimen

two ash trees in parking strip in front of house. I don't see evidence of EAB, but the article I read online suggested we submit a concern if the tree has die-off in the crown (yes), and if there is splitting of the bark (yes)

Thank you for your report! Portland Urban Forestry staff visited the tree 08/08/25. There is some die off in the canopy, but direct evidence of EAB. I recommend continuing to monitor the tree and let us know if anything changes.
