Description of specimen

Definitely an Italian arum. It looked out of place in this naturalize area, so I plant ID’d it. Since this plant is in the portland metro area, not sure if this is the right place to report. There were only about 5 stalks of the bright red berries. I didn’t notice than anywhere else.
