Land Plants - invasive

Scots Broom (Cytisus scoparius) on Apr 22, 2011

Submitter has sample

Description of specimen

The rounded dense plants look like Scotch broom. Last summer they were covered thickly with yellow pea shaped flowers. They area was logged several years ago

Commentary

Should we remove the plants? They are started to get shaded out as the surrounding Douglas Fir grow taller.
