Thank you for your report! The photo is dark so I can't see some features that would let me tell the difference between Mediterranean katydid and our native Fork-tailed bush cricket. Nevertheless, Mediterranean katydid seems to be well-established in the Portland area and has been reported all down the Valley. It doesn't seem to be a pest.
