Suspected emerald ash borer holes in what I think is an Oregon ash tree on my property.

Commentary

Thank you for your report! Those holes in lines like that are made by sapsuckers (woodpeckers). Emerald ash borer makes D-shaped holes about 1/8" wide. Here is the address of Oregon Department of Forestry's EAB website

At the EAB website you can find the EAB Response Plan for Oregon, and more information about how to recognize EAB attack, so that you can monitor your trees.
