Jeanne, these mute swans have been known to ODFW to be at this location for at least 3 years. They were displaced from a piece of property upstream by native swans. Both of the swans have had their wings pinioned and the male has been neutered therefore the chance of them reproducing is nill and they can not fly to any other location. Thank you for your report!

Location
Mute swan seen on creek at Cline Falls State Park. Park caretakers indicated that two swans were released and have been there for several weeks. They heard that the swans were released by a zoo.
