We have 3 separate patches on Japanese knotweed growing along the creek, Himalayan blackberry , reed canary grass and now policeman’s helmet! The invasive weeds along Scholfield creek are getting very bad. As a land owner and former environmental biologist I can only do and afford so much. Are there any reinforcement programs to assist. The umpqua soil and water conservation district has no funding to help. I’m at a loss here.

I am going to share your report with Coos WA as well.
CoosWA has had a series of engaged noxious weed coordinators, here is one of them and her outreach. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcNWPPDblZc
