Description of specimen
I believe this may be a Mediterranean katydid (Phaneroptera nana).
Commentary
Thank you for your report! I can't clearly see the shape of the wings or the little black speckles on the back and legs that would mark this as Mediterranean katydid rather than our native Fork-tailed katydid. At any rate, the Mediterranean katydid is established all down the valley at least to Roseburg now. They haven't been reported doing any damage.

Location
This is currently an empty lot. I was walking my dog and took a video of what I thought was a cute grasshopper on a rose. Further investigation has lead me to believe this is an invasive Katydid.
