Submitter does not have a specimen

guinea pig size, big yellow buck teeth, rat like tail, webbed paws, brown and black coat, long whiskers and it was eating plants

Location

near this house is a trail, in front of this entrance is a pound/lake i often see this nutria at 5 or 6 o'clock. I thought he was a beaver untill now lol.
