Commentary
Thank you Jeremy for this invasive plant report! Japanese Knotweed along with its relatives, Himalayan, Giant and Bohemian Knotweed are extremely invasive. The efforts made by our local SWCD are not enough without the help of landowners, volunteers, and local citizens to manage such a noxious weed. Like Scotch Broom, English Ivy, and Himalayan Blackberry, Knotweed has become widespread and needs you and many others to help control further spreading.
