Dear Eric,
Thank you for reporting this yellow flag iris population to the Oregon Invasives Hotline. I also want to thank you for coordinating with the Santiam Wilderness Academy youth to organize a work party and control the yellow flag at this site. Your rapid response to this new invader helped prevent the additional spread of yellow flag iris in the Hamilton Creek watershed and thus prevented future ecological and environmental damage. THANK YOU and thanks to the SWA as well for this important work!
