Heath, Thank you for taking the time to enter in this information and for Mr. Storch for reporting it to you. As you likely already know, parrots feather is fairly widespread in western Oregon, and especially so in the Willamette Valley. But it's always good to have as thorough an understanding of a weed's distribution as possible.
Just curious if you were able to observe this population or was Mr. Storch able to send any photographs?

Location
Parrots feather has been observed inthe Alsea River, near Hubbard Rd. (The one that goes from 99W to old river rd east from Dawson rd jct. with 99w. Henry Storch observed the infestation on October 15 or 16th, 2011
Just curious if you were able to observe this population or was Mr. Storch able to send any photographs?
