Land Plants - invasive

Spurge Laurel (Daphne laureola) on Feb 6, 2012

Submitter does not have a specimen
EDRR Status: Population assessed

Description of specimen

I identified them because I have done work with the WMSWCD surveying parts of the Forest Park neighborhood. The plants all had green flowers and stood about 1 to 2 feet tall. They were all in plain site from the street, as I had noticed them on my walk home from the bank. I did not have a camera on hand to take the pictures but I am 99% sure they are spurge laurel because I've identified them before.

Commentary

Hey, Molly! You forgot to mention the extensive training you received at Portland Nursery....

Thanks for the tip. We'll swing by there and confirm ownership this week. It's a drag that that neighborhood has it, but maybe not that strange.

Have a good week,
-Mitch
