Description of specimen

It's definitely Garlic Mustard. I pull it all the time in Nature Conservancy preserves and along the Old Columbia Highway.

As a side note, as you're pulling, I hope you're bagging it up as well? I see a LOT of pulled plants lying on the ground that continue to flower, which makes me nervous. Feel free to contact me directly if you have other reports or questions at mitch.bixby@portlandoregon.gov.
