Thanks for your email. That stretch got its fourth year of treatment this year, and marks a nice collaboration of Portland Parks, ODOT, and Portland Env. Services. Marquam Trail from 26 to Broadway was nearly clear this year, and the approach you mentioned continues to improve. This year our treatments started at the Sylvan exit (!) and stretched about 1/4 mile past the trailhead (well along the south-side concrete barricades). My apologies for the late response.
