Dear Shawn,

I want to thank you for your incredibly astute obserations and reporting! Yellow archangel is indeed what you have located, and I have sent your information to my contact at Oregon Department of Forestry and requested that they take action to prevent seeding.
The other plant in the photo is much harder to identify without any obvious markings or flowers, however, the ODF rep. should be looking at that when they control the yellow archangel, as well.
It's very helpful to have folks like you on the ground providing information in areas that we may not see. Please continue to keep your eyes open and send in reports as you see fit.

Sincerely,
