Beetle about 2cm long <1cm wide with metallic green exoskeleton.

Western Cedar Borer information on iNaturalist and a guide to wood boring beetles in Oregon from the Oregon Department of Forestry.
I found it dead in my car. Which is mostly in a residential neighborhood in NE Portland. I was driven to the coast recently, however.
