Thanks for your report! This is not Asian longhorned beetle (Anoplophora glabripennis), which is not known to be established in Oregon. Instead, this is the Oregon fir sawyer, Monochamus scutellatus, a common woodborer in damaged or recently killed fir, pine, spruce and other conifers. It is not considered a pest.
