Description of specimen

I would call this a possible siting as I don’t have confirmation of it.

Over the weekend we found a small (maybe half inch) metallic green insect while exploring the rocks and downed branches of an old tree fall. It was not until after reading the recent news articles about the discovery of the Emerald Ash Borer in other Oregon counties that we thought back and, while I can’t be certain and we don’t have a photograph of it, it closely resembled the insects shown in the news articles.
