Submitter does not have a specimen

Description of specimen

I am uncertain whether this is cause for concern. There is a small hole in the bark which appears D-shaped, and there are some shriveled leaves on the lower branches of the tree. However, the tree otherwise appears healthy and I might be interpreting the shape of the insect hole incorrectly.
