ODF staff visited the site on June 20. The bark splits revealed no EAB tunneling underneath. The exit holes, which were above reach, were not exactly the size and shape of EAB. EAB could not be found here but this tree is worthy of future monitoring. IF the property owner agrees, we can take a branch sample from the tree to inspect it thoroughly for EAB.
