Commentary

This is definitely emerald ash borer. It is too late to save the tree and it will die. Recommend hiring a licensed and insured arborist. You can find a certified arborist through the PNW-ISA website: https://cdn.ymaws.com/pnwisa.org/resource/resmgr/arborist_directory/PNWISA_Arborist_Directory_MA.pdf

There is a quarantine on ash wood in your area. Ash wood cannot leave the quarantined area. Find out more at www.OregonEAB.com
