Location
There are two dying Raywood Ash trees in the side yard of the house at 2220 17th. An arborist who was working nearby said it was the EAB, and recommended it be reported. The house is currently listed as for sale and is vacant. I own the property Nextdoor to the house with the affected trees, at 2224. One of the trees appears to be splitting, and the bark is peeling away. The bark looks like sawdust now. Both of the trees were planted as young trees in 2005, by me, when my partner and I built the house. We sold that house 10 years ago but still own the adjacent home, and are concerned the splitting tree may fall.
