Hi, Thank you for this report. The bark of the tree in this photo does not look like ash to me. Is this a conifer like Douglas-fir? Emerald ash borer only attacks ash trees. www.OregonEAB.com If you have a picture of an adult insect please attach it to this report. Thank you!

Location
I sent an email with photos to plant-entomologists@oda.oregon.gov. But I think that might not be the right location. I am also not certain I am identifying the exit holes correctly. I travel to job sites for work though and am trying to keep an eye out.
These photos were taken at the Lake Grove Swim park.
